Once upon a time there was a very naughty and greedy kitten who went for a walk every night and always saw a big truck.

One night the kitten got on the truck and saw many jars full of milk, but he didn’t know that his master was the one who worked selling the milk, so at night he drank all the milk from the jars.

The owner of the cat began to discover that someone was stealing all the milk and so he made a trap, to catch the thief. The next night the master was very attentive to the trap and after many attempts he saw a shadow and shone his flashlight and was surprised to see his kitten in the trap, he hugged him and they both went home together.

The kitten, although mischievous and a big eater, had no intention of doing harm, but by taking the milk without his owner’s permission, he was cheating and stealing. The trap the owner set to catch the thief is a metaphor for how sooner or later, our dishonest actions will be discovered and have negative consequences.
However, the main reflection of the story is the value of forgiveness and the importance of being compassionate and loving to those around us. Although the kitten’s owner could have been angry and punished the kitten for its behavior, instead, he chose to hug it and take it back home.
