It tells us how important intelligence is in the face of brute force.
Uncle Rabbit was lying very quietly on a rock. When, stealthily, Uncle Tiger arrived from behind with very bad intentions. He had wanted to hunt Uncle Rabbit for a long time.
–¡Hello, Uncle Rabbit! -¡I’ve finally caught you! ¡I’m going to devour you!
Uncle Rabbit opened his eyes in fright, and when he saw that it was Uncle Tiger, he answered him:
– Well, you’ll know. I am small and have very little meat.
– I’ll eat you for a snack,” answered Uncle Tiger.
Then, Uncle Rabbit noticed some huge stones on the top of a hill, thought quickly and said to Uncle Tiger, who was already ready to bite him:
– ¡Wait a minute! If you spare my life, I’ll give you one of my cows, they are very fat and will feed you better than me. I have them up that hill.
Uncle Tiger remained thoughtful and said to Uncle Rabbit:
– Ummmmmmmmm. Okay. If you give me a nice fat cow, I’ll spare your life.
Uncle Rabbit was very happy and said:
– Of course, Uncle Tiger. I’ll get it.
And Uncle Rabbit ran up the hill. When he arrived, he shouted:
– ¡Open your arms wide, Uncle Tiger, I’m herding a very fat cow to come down!
Hungry Uncle Tiger opened his arms wide. But Uncle Rabbit, taking advantage of the slope, pushed the biggest stone from the top, which rolled down at full speed.
Uncle Tiger, who was only thinking about the feast he was about to have, did not notice the stone rolling towards him and ¡BANG! It ran over him, leaving him all bruised and battered.
Uncle Rabbit took advantage of the moment to run away from his ferocious enemy and got lost hopping around happily. ¡What a fool this Uncle Tiger is!
